"Kit, how can I purchase your work?"

My website is not really a commercial site - it's primarily a show-and-tell presentation to encourage public knowledge about what I'm doing. The majority of the paintings featured on the site have already been sold in years past, and are presented here only as a review of my most noteworthy works.

However, if you're interested in purchasing my original work, you have a few options. If you want to see my work in person, you can find examples of it on display at three galleries:

Harrison Galleries
2315 University Boulevard, Tuscaloosa, AL 35401
(205) 464-0054

The Village Gallery
120 Dickenson Street, Lahaina, HI 96768
(808) 661-4402

Viewpoints Gallery
3620 Baldwin Avenue, Suite 101, Makawao, HI 96768
(808) 572-5979

Occasionally, I'm also showing in juried competitions and other venues around the country, and maybe you can see those shows if you happen to be near any of them. For a list of current exhibitions where you can see my work, please follow this link:

Thanks very much for your interest in owning my work - without the financial support of those who purchase my paintings, I could not continue to produce them. I'm eternally grateful to everyone who has exchanged their hard-earned money for a favorite example of my work.  Every purchase is a vote of confidence in myself and my career future, and I can only hope that my pictures never fail to reward their new owners.

"Do you accept private commissions?"

Not very often; I generally enter into such agreements only in regard to projects that would be of natural interest to me, being consistent with my current work and creative pursuits. But maybe that's consistent with a proposal that you have in mind. If so, let me know. The best way to contact me is by e-mail.

Please be aware: since gallery pricing accurately reflects the current market value of my work, prices are typically the same whether the work is purchased from a gallery or directly from me, in contrast to the wholesale/retail disparity that often applies to the pricing of other types of merchandise.

"Do you offer any reproductions of your work?"

No, I'm not printing any reproductions for sale at this time.  I prefer to stay focused on original work.  I have dabbled with some giclee reproductions in the past, but I didn't much enjoy the experience of making reproductions and I quit doing it several years ago.
